• Our Membership Policy

Many of our members are interfaith couples who are committed to establishing a Jewish home, and the non-Jewish spouse is welcome at all synagogue events as a part of our community.  Beth David is a proud partner of InterfaithFamilythe premiere resource supporting interfaith couples exploring Jewish life and inclusive Jewish communities. InterfaithFamily offers educational content; connections to welcoming organizations, professionals, and programs; resources and trainings for organizations, clergy, and other program providers; and their InterfaithFamily/Your Community initiative, provides coordinated comprehensive offerings in local communities.

Additionally, we also warmly welcome LGBTQ, Lesbian,Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning members interested in joining us.

It is the policy of Beth David to consider family units as two adults living in a marriage, civil union, or committed relationship, with or without children in the household, and without regard to individual religious beliefs of each spouse or partner.
