  • Alison DeutchCiPP, ACC, CPC, CiHS, ELI-MP, MBA is a personal trainer for the brain empowering individuals to apply empirically validated tools to learn to Do Stress Better at work and in their lives. MAKE A MASK (requires sewing)

  • Cheryl Harper – Cheryl can show you how to sew a mask  for you, family, and friends, that fits as tightly as an N-95 but far more colorful!  If there are enough interested sewing volunteers Cheryl will also conduct a sewing circle for masks to be donated to a location of the circle’s choosing.   • Ilene Rosen – certified yoga instructor who will work with you, one on one coaching you in stretching, relaxing, and guided meditation.  This is accessible to everyone, and can be done on the floor, in a chair, and even from a bed. irosen@bdavid.org


  • Jane Horwitz – Gardening? Canning? Jane will advise individual congregants on starting and maintaining a vegetable garden or other matters pertaining to growing and preserving your own food, including composting.  If there is enough interest Jane can also lead a workshop. jhorwitz@bdavid.org
