A celebration of the amazing contribution Jewish American song writers have made to the rich songbook of American popular music. Music from famous names such as Gershwin and Dylan are mingled with lesser known artists to present a fun and sometimes enlightening evening of song and story telling.
Congregant Les “Doc” Rachlin started his folk singing career in the early seventies, opened for such artists as Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn, took some years off to practice medicine, and has thankfully found his way back to the stage.
