Rainbow Challah Baking Workshop – June 14
Join Cantor Goodlev and bake a rainbow challah to show your support for Pride month. All levels of bakers welcome! We will make extra to prepare for Beth David’s table at the Narberth Pride at the Park Festival the next day, and you may even be able to take one home with you! There will be two stages of baking – join for either or both, if you can! Email Cantor Goodlev if you are interested – lgoodlev@bdavid.org
Stage 1 – mixing/dying – 12:00-2:00pm
Stage 2 – braiding/baking – 4:00-6:00pm
Pride at the Park – June 15
Show your Beth David pride while celebrating Pride! We’ll be staffing a table at Pride in the Park and giving out slices of homemade rainbow challah to make sure everyone in our community knows that Judaism celebrates and cherishes our LBGTQ members and neighbors.
