As American Jews, we care about and are affected by the policies of Israel’s government – but, unless we are also Israeli citizens, we cannot, of course, vote in Israel’s elections. But did you know that every 5 years, you do have a vote that helps shape Israel’s future, its policies, and the allocation of $1 billion of annual spending? Your vote in the World Zionist Congress, known as the “Parliament of the Jewish People,” directly impacts resources and funding for Reform congregations, values, and advocacy in Israel. We need you to help ensure democracy, religious pluralism, women’s rights, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and a path to peace.
