Young children are instinctively spiritual, looking at the world around them with wonder and curiosity. Our job is to help you nurture that spirituality, and to make your kids feel comfortable running around our sanctuary from a young age! Children are welcome at all services at Beth David, but Tot Shabbat is a service just for our littlest ones.

The 30-minute service typically includes Shabbat songs and prayers in English and Hebrew, a story, a chance to march around the sanctuary with a huggable stuffed Torah, and of course, grape juice and challah. All are welcome!

Tot Shabbat is designed for toddlers and preschoolers, but babies are frequent groupies, and older siblings are welcome to come and be our helpers.
