On Tuesday, May 14 we will be celebrating Israel’s Independence Day. We will be marking the holiday from 5:30 to 7–starting during Tuesday religious school. All are welcome and encouraged to come! We will enjoy Israeli food from Nana’s Kitchen, whom we are happy to support, since their restaurant was recently vandalized; take part in activities that can connect us to individuals and groups in Israel; and connect to each other in community.
Rabbi Kalisch will also offer some learning and conversation for adults, starting at around 6:30.
