Beth David is proud to once again be organizing a team for the annual Out of the Darkness Walk, which raises money to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention‘s work in research, education, and awareness. Our team is in walking in memory of our beloved Cantor Emerita, Cantor Lilia Kazansky z”l, who touched so many members of our congregation through her beautiful voice and her pastoral care, in honor of all of those in our community who struggle with mental health challenges, and in memory of the friends, neighbors, co-workers, and loved ones we have lost to suicide.
